Adria Marxia is a trained historian and political scientist – thanks to that she brings to the art world something most artists don’t – a philosophy formed by a decade of the study of history and politics. This not only involves a different conceptual approach in creating and presenting artworks, but also the inclusion of political manifestos, essays and opinion pieces as the inseparable part of her work. Adria thus crosses traditional boundaries between art, design and science to create new artistic concepts and references.
